Small ServiceCo Acquisition

We are seeking to raise equity capital for a small acquisition of an asset-light service company. To do so, the company needs a financial/business analyst to prepare a very simple fully integrated financial model which will include the following:

• Historical and projected income statements, balance sheets and statements of cash flow.
• Variable inputs to permit the user to modify anticipated growth rates, change in margins, capex needs, growth in headcount, etc.
• Tab for investor returns based upon projected return from sale of the business.
• Couple of market research slides (total addressable market size)/recent indicative transactions.


The final product will be an investor presentation deck including the model.
