Strategic Planning Facilitator For High Growth Food Delivery Startup

This person will facilitate a strategic plan across the organization, & will be responsible for working with Sr Leadership Team members in developing, communicating, & facilitating a strategic planning process that will be used to prioritize growth strategies & initiatives for the company

Outcomes to accomplish:
- By end of Q1, pick a strategic planning process framework (2-5 hours/wk for 16 wks)
- At Q2 offsite (mid May), facilitate prioritization of strategies & initiatives, stacking against enterprise resources & operational constraints (10-20 hrs)
- After Q2 strategy offsite, work with Sr Leadership Team to ensure effective org-wide comm. plan (20-40 hrs/wk for 1-2 weeks)
- After Q2 (few weeks of 2-5 hours)

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning process from framework selection to input gathering to executive-level prioritization to company-wide comm.
- Successful track record of implementing strategic planning processes at multiple firms
