Supply Chain and TCO Analysis to Support Expansion with a Client

For one of our clients:
In support of a proposal to extend a relationship with a large existing client, we need to compare our cost to supply and deliver our product set to their current alternative. We believe that we can showcase direct cost savings by managing 100 percent of the business, from sourcing and production through delivery. The client is currently using us to produce all of the material, but some of it is shipped in bulk to another organization for local kitting and fulfillment.

We need help 1) mapping out the different supply chains and fulfillment processes, 2) estimating the costs and timing between order and deliver, 3) modeling the various alternatives, and 4) preparing summary recommendations for internal and client-based discussions.
