URGENT - updated start date is next week (10/23).
Need an experienced banker/analyst to build an acquisition model for the acquisition of a distribution company in Australia. The model would need to include sources and uses of funds, 3 statement model, credit statistics, resulting equity returns, value of management carry and rollup of three distribution facilities. We are in an exclusive period on the acquisition and will need to provide analysis to support discussions to bankers, lawyers, accountants. Closing is expected by end of November.
In an ideal scenario, this person would convert to full time if the engagement is successful. Please state whether or not you are open to possible FTE conversion in your cover note (this is not a disqualifier if you are not open to converting to full time).
Preference for Dallas or NY based Professionals.
