Project Overview

Interim Support & Leadership - CFO
Immediate need for an Interim CFO & COO of high growth film exhibition & content business. $5.5M in revenue growing 75%. As we are scaling the business over the next 6 months, we are looking for expertise to help get our financial operations in order from an internal & external reporting standpoint and to put processes into place.
Experience in implementing core process related to:
Internal Controls and Reporting
AR/AP management
Implementing process across core functions
Implementing management systems
Preparation of books and records for capital raise
A strong PE skill set is needed; Comfort in a start-up environment, bringing order to chaos, and interest in film are also must haves.
There is an opportunity to convert to full-time after 3-6 months and become our CFO/COO.
**Only considering local candidates. 20 hours/week is an estimate. Hours may fluctuate some weeks & some remote work may be discussed.
