Texas Hunting Club Startup Plan

We're launching a hunting club in Texas that will be a superior alternative to today's primary way of hunting private land. Today, hunters typically lease directly from landowners and they have one option for where they will hunt. They have to manage the operation which is time consuming and expensive. We will offer hunters a convenient and better way to have access to numerous ranches across the state, and we will solve many of the problems associated with leasing.

We need a summary level strategic plan written which will be used to recruit the CEO for the startup and to raise the seed capital. You will work directly with me in creating a deck that will set the general direction for the business, but it won't be a full business plan. That will be the CEO's role.

I am an investor in and creator of this disruptive concept and will have no role operationally in the business.
