Valuation | DCF | Multiples | Discount Rate

We need a list of comparable companies of our client. The business is an Australian domiciled private company which also has minor operations in a small number of other countries such as the US, UK and NZ. They provide educational seminars, training and online courses to medical practices. They also offer other services to these practices such as HR, recruitment, practice analytics and an online automated wealth management solution for these professionals. They have a couple of valuable partnerships with multinational companies. We estimate EBIT to grow from A$1.6mm to A$6.8mm over the next 5 years through the launch of a couple of new services and these partnerships. We are valuing the company for the purposes of a private equity raise and need an appropriate terminal EBITDA multiple and discount rate/WACC to use in our DCF valuation model.
