Valuation models and reports

1.Projected valuation of the company based on contractually guaranteed 10 year financial projections. You will value the company at the end of years 1, 5, and 10.
2.The company expects to go public after 10 years of operation. You will already have the projections from years 1 to 10, and we will supply you with projections for the second 10 years of contractually guaranteed operations, numbers upon which an IPO valuation will be partially based. You need to value the IPO at its offering.
3.There will be a hypothetical investor who will receive "x" % of the company before it commences actual operations, at a valuation of "y". Based on the financial projections, what should that investment be worth in years 1, 5, 10 and at IPO?
4.The company will have two corporate partners from two different industries. The partnerships with the company will generate substantial returns for the partners. We will provide those projections to you. You will provide a value for those returns.
