Finance & Accounting - Valuation
Looking for a consultant with a private equity and venture capital background that has done quarterly valuations before. We need a true excel expert that will be able to pick the project up in the middle and take ownership of it. This expert will need to help clean up the excel file and make sure that it runs optimally. The comps have been completed and ran but they need this expert to make sure the formulas are working right and is able to create ways to further optimize. Some research time will be needed since there is a lot of data in the excel.
Resource Needs:
- Past VP of Finance or Director (5+ years of experience in corporate finance and/or financial analysis/reporting)
Key attributes (must haves)
- Proficient with excel
- Good communicator, Responsive, highly organized
- Ability to research and learn something new
- Private company valuation experience
- Familiar with Private Equity and Venture Capital
- Located in Chicago (not necessary but would be nice)
