VCS Strategic Consultant

We have a portfolio company, a specialty chemical blending, tolling, manufacturing, and packaging company, where we would like to hire an expert consultant to come in and take a look at over a 3 month period or so and examine. We are looking for an expert in the speciality chemical space that will be able to help with identifying operational improvements, understanding the market landscape, figuring out gaps, and identifying areas we could be pursuing to find new opportunities then help us implement those ideas.

Requirements:
- Deep expertise in the specialty chemical space, preferably even isocyanate related chemicals, with lots of experience and in depth knowledge of the industry.
- Understanding the market landscape - key players in the industry
- Identify gaps and suggest improvements
- Pursue new opportunities that we are not aware of
