Voice of the Customer for Helicopter Market in China (Mandarin)

We are working with a client to help investigate the helicopter market in China. We need a consultant to research, source, and conduct at least 5 Voice of the Customer interviews. We expect each interview to last approximately one hour. Our firm will provide the interview guide as well as how we would like the interview notes formatted.

The interviews will be conducted in Mandarin and translated back into English so you must be fluent to be considered for this project.

Previous industry experience is not required but we do expect the consultant to have previous experience running Voice of the Customer interviews.
