Volatility Strategy Marketing Material

We are implementing an investment strategy using options that can seem very complicated to potential investors, and risky. The truth of the matter is that the strategy is not very complicated, and it was developed to protect ones assets given a downward move in the S&P and a spike in volatility. The trade will be managed by a former options market maker. We are looking to raise $50mm for the trade. The minimum investment will be $1mm. We will market this strategy to professional (i.e.. attorneys, private equity firms, and other contacts in the HNW/UHNW arena).
